Chris its one of the fundamentals of why we set the company up! In this day and age we all use the internet to search for products and services, with the website now being one of the first ports of call for any person looking for business services. However the reality is although we want to gleam as much information as possible before making purchasing decisions we dont want to engage in the sales cycle any earlier than necessary, hence the reluctance to complete contact forms. There are some great stats out with regard to websites and we thoughts wed have a bit of fun with this one.
