Knol article on project scheduling

I have published an article on "How to schedule a project" It is intended for people with little or no project management experience, though it does draw on PRINCE2 methodology. It also includes some comments on the various kinds of software (and non-software) available for recording and displaying a schedule. Comments and ratings would, of course, be very welcome!
